SHIPPING
• Standard shipping (2-5 days, depending on location). We use USPS priority 2 day or UPS 2 day air. If you’d like to receive your package sooner OR if you wish to use a specific carrier, please contact us immediately (keep in mind, it may be too late to make changes). We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you want to add insurance, please contact us immediately or you can add "insurance" to your cart.
• Please ensure that your address is accurate; if your package Is returned to us due to address errors or not able to be delivered, you will need to pay additional shipping for us to re-ship your product and possibly a return to sender fee.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Cancellation of an order is only possible if it is done immediately following placement of your order. You must contact us immediately. However, even if you contact us immediately, this is not guaranteed. Exchanging a product for a different product may be allowed if approved by corporate and is subject to additional fees and/or the difference in cost of product. All products have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase (with exception of 7 wonders cartridges). Please see warranty replacement policy and speak with your sponsor for additional information.

WARRANTY
All products (with exception of 7 wonders cartridges) have 1 year warranty that begins from date of purchase. You must speak to your sponsor regarding warranty registration for your device. If you need to activate the warranty to receive a replacement part or device, you will need to reach out to the stockist who shipped your device. Warranty only covers manufacture defects or breaks. It does not cover accidental breaks due to dropping the device or other misuse of the device. Please see full warranty replacement policy in your back-office account with Prife or speak to your sponsor or request a copy of the full policy.

We are an independent business owner, a fulfillment and distribution business who ships Prife’s products to their members and we are paid a commission for shipping each order. Typically, orders are placed and paid for through the company back office, however as the company continues to work on obtaining a credit card processing agreement contract, there are often times issues with processing PayPal credit card payments. Therefore, as a courtesy, this website has been made available for you to place orders. In order to place an order through our website, a pin will be transferred, which lets Prife know that you have placed an order. We will transfer a pin (a virtual token) to you or your sponsor, which then creates your DO/order. You or your sponsor will then need to register the new customer account in the back office. To avoid issues, Pins will be transferred each day, after maintenance and commissions have run.
